About the Founder
Arun Sharma
Founder & BIM Lead — Digital Builders Group
Digital Builders Group is founded by Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma, a civil engineering professional with over four decades of experience in the planning and execution of construction projects.
A graduate of Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur (1983 batch), he served as a Superintendent Engineer at the Jaipur Development Authority, where he was involved in the delivery of a wide range of projects including complex buildings, roads, urban infrastructure, bridges, and tunnels.
Over the course of his career, he has developed a deep understanding of construction execution, project challenges, and the realities of site conditions across different types of projects. His experience spans planning, coordination, and on-ground execution, giving him a comprehensive view of how projects are actually delivered.
Digital Builders Group is built on the idea of bringing this execution knowledge into the digital domain. By combining practical construction experience with modern BIM, 4D, and 5D methodologies, the goal is to help project teams plan better, identify risks earlier, and make more informed decisions before and during construction.
The foundation of the company is simple — to connect real-world construction experience with digital tools in a way that improves project clarity, coordination, and outcomes.
